1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ROTUNDA TECH LTD ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") regarding your use of the CastBrowser application ("App", "Service").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service
CastBrowser is a mobile application that provides web browsing functionality and allows users to stream media content to compatible casting devices. The Service may include both free and premium features.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in some jurisdictions) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You shall not:
- Use the App to access content that you do not have the right to access
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
- Transmit harmful code or interfere with the App's operation
- Use the App for any unauthorized commercial purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
5. Third-Party Content and Services
The App provides access to third-party websites and content through its built-in browser. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content. Your use of third-party websites and content is at your own risk and subject to those third parties' terms and policies.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you access through the App is legal in your jurisdiction and that you have the right to access such content.
6. Trademarks and Third-Party Technologies
CastBrowser is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC, the Digital Living Network Alliance (DLNA), or any other third party.
"Chromecast" and "Google Cast" are trademarks of Google LLC. "DLNA" is a trademark of the Digital Living Network Alliance. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Use of these trademarks is for identification purposes only and does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
7. Subscriptions and Purchases
7.1 Premium Features: The App may offer premium features through subscriptions or one-time purchases. Details of pricing and features will be displayed in the App prior to purchase.
7.2 Payment: All payments are processed through the app store (Google Play or Apple App Store). By making a purchase, you agree to the payment terms of the respective app store.
7.3 Subscriptions: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings.
7.4 Refunds: Refund requests are handled by the app store according to their refund policies. Please contact Google Play or Apple App Store support for refund inquiries.
7.5 Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified of any price changes before their next renewal, and the new price will apply to the subsequent renewal period.
8. Advertising
The App may display advertisements. By using the App, you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed. Premium subscriptions may include reduced or no advertising.
9. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ROTUNDA TECH LTD and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
10. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE COMPATIBILITY OF THE APP WITH ANY SPECIFIC DEVICES, CASTING TECHNOLOGIES, OR NETWORK CONFIGURATIONS.
Consumer Rights: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer that cannot be waived or limited by contract. If you are a consumer in the UK or EEA, you have legal rights under consumer protection laws, and nothing in these Terms is intended to affect those rights.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ROTUNDA TECH LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP OR SUBSCRIPTION IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED POUNDS (£100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Exceptions: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including consumer protection laws.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ROTUNDA TECH LTD from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is harmful to us, other users, or third parties.
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
15. App Store Terms
15.1 General: These Terms are between you and ROTUNDA TECH LTD only, and not with Google LLC, Apple Inc., or any other app store provider ("App Store Provider"). The App Store Provider is not responsible for the App or its content.
15.2 Scope of License: Your license to use the App is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on devices that you own or control, as permitted by the app store's usage rules.
15.3 Maintenance and Support: ROTUNDA TECH LTD, not the App Store Provider, is responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the App.
15.4 Warranty: In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify the App Store Provider, and they may refund the purchase price (if any) for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App Store Provider has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
15.5 Product Claims: ROTUNDA TECH LTD, not the App Store Provider, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to legal requirements, and consumer protection claims.
15.6 Intellectual Property Claims: ROTUNDA TECH LTD, not the App Store Provider, is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any intellectual property infringement claim.
15.7 Third-Party Beneficiary (Apple): If you download the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
15.8 Compliance: You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, through the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. However, if you are a consumer residing in a jurisdiction that provides mandatory consumer protection laws, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
For users in the European Union, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
18. General Provisions
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
